These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Ganga Bitan Sai Resort. By making a reservation or occupying the resort, guests agree to comply with the following terms.
1. Booking & Payment
- ●A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all guests at check-in.
- ●50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
- ●The balance amount (if any) must be settled prior to check-in, unless otherwise agreed.
- ●Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Check-in & Check-out
- ●Check-in Time: 12:00 PM
- ●Check-out Time: 10:30 AM
- ●Guests must call and inform the caretaker at least 30 minutes prior to check-in to ensure smooth access and handover.
- ●Guests are strictly requested to be punctual with the check-out time, as the resort may have other bookings scheduled on the same day.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- ●Advance payment is strictly non-refundable. In case of cancellation, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
- ●No refunds will be issued for no-shows, early check-outs, or unused nights.
4. Occupancy & Visitors
- ●Only the number of guests mentioned at the time of booking are allowed to stay.
- ●Unregistered guests or visitors are not permitted without prior approval.
- ●Ganga Bitan Sai Resort reserves the right to deny entry or ask guests to vacate in case of violation.
5. Conduct & Use of Property
- ●Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respect the property, neighbours, and local authority rules.
- ●No personal speakers or cameras are allowed inside the bungalow. As per Ganga Bitan Authority regulations, guests are not permitted to carry their own speakers or cameras inside the premises.
- ●If any personal speakers or cameras are found, Ganga Bitan authorities may confiscate or deny entry, and the resort management will not be responsible for the same.
- ●The bungalow provides in-house speakers for guest use.
- ●Loud music is strictly prohibited. Music may be played only at an average/low volume level.
- ●If loud music is detected, Ganga Bitan authorities may disconnect the electricity supply, and the management will not be held responsible for such action.
- ●Parties, events, or gatherings are not allowed unless prior written permission is obtained.
- ●No liquor or food is allowed inside the swimming pool. If found, there will be full deduction of the security deposit.
- ●Illegal activities, including but not limited to drug use, are strictly prohibited.
6. Damage & Loss
- ● Rs. 3,000 (Rupees Three Thousand only) in cash will be taken as a security deposit by the caretaker at the time of check-in.
- ●The security deposit will be refunded at the time of checkout, provided there is no damage, loss, or breakage to the property, furniture, or amenities.
- ●Guests will be held responsible for any damage, loss, or breakage to the property or items.
- ●Repair or replacement costs may be deducted from the security deposit or charged separately if damages exceed the deposit amount.
- ●The management is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.
8. Housekeeping
- ●Housekeeping services will be provided as per the resort policy.
- ●Guests are requested to keep the property reasonably clean during their stay.
9. Power Backup & Electricity
- ●The resort provides backup power through an inverter.
- ●During power cuts or failures in the WBSEB supply grid, ACs, refrigerators, geysers, and electric kettles cannot be used.
- ●Guests are requested to cooperate during power outages, and the management will not be responsible for inconvenience caused due to external power failures.

- ●The resort shall not be liable for cancellations or disruptions due to events beyond control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.
12. Management Rights
- ●The management reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay without refund in case of breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- ●Management may enter the premises for maintenance or emergency purposes.
By confirming the booking, the guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
